Grace Anne and I have had our share of learning and adventures! WE have several great things to share with you! We are so very excited to let our readers know that, though we have had to learn many a heartbreaking, expensive, and frustrating lesson in life about getting published and distributed.....WE ARE SURVIVOR'S!!!

On our journey I have learned a wealth of knowledge, and based on what I have learned , I feel more than ready to go and to finally live my dream of completing The Simply Grace Anne book series. Personally, I feel mistakes are for learning, though it is what you do with those mistakes that matter.

I truly had "almost" given up my dream of ever getting my book series published. THAT is most certainly not the case now.....I am MUCH stronger, much more prepared, as well as educated in this business/dream, I have a great team with me and I am going to live my dream!

Book Signing

Another book signing with a BIG thank-you to Bonnie Strauss and the "Friends of Grace Anne" just before the people arrive, then afterwards my "Birthday Party" then, it has been such a big day for Grace Anne, bedtime was just around the corner!!!

About the Author

A little bit about me-
I live in East Texas with my four rescue dogs,( two of which have three legs) two snugly cat's, as well as rescue and foster animals. I am the Mother of three grown sons. And grandmother to four precious grandchildren....my pure joy in life ~ I am a graduate of The University of Texas Tyler, with a double degree in Guidance and Counseling and Sociology. I worked in Social Work for 20 years before becoming a published writer, columnist and author, I write to enrich and inspire humankind. I believe the following speaks of my heart and my commitment to life, not only for our children though adults and animals as well, “Every child deserves the right to hold their head up high with dignity and pride, and no one has the right to take that away from them.”
I am passionate about life, love, our world and all that we are so blessed to have in it. I am a true Southern girl, as well, and as Grace Anne’s mother, I help her learn the important lessons in and of life.

About Grace Anne

When Grace Anne came into our family we never knew just how much joy she would bring with her. Grace Anne lost her back right leg in an accident before her first birthday, though she never lost her zest or her true spirit for life.

She has taught me much more than I could ever begin to teach her. She is a bright sunshine in my life; she touches and inspires the hearts of those she meets. Grace Anne is a survivor and each day is filled with adventure, enthusiasm and wonder. She is full of personality, mischief, big smiles and contagious happiness. She is such an inspiration and gives me much to write about. She is a delight and truly as special as can be. Grace Anne sleeps in a very special little bed, we call it a “Mouse Bed”, min-pins love to snuggle under covers, in pillow cases, etc. Can you imagine what Grace Anne sleeps in?
